I was shocked, pained and inspired all at the same time during the latest PARPAR presentation held at Shaloh House. The video as well as Julie's words stirred me to do more than just to know that it exists somewhere, mostly far from home. It probed and showed me to seek how I can be of real help to victims. Speaking with the Russian staff of Kol Isha, A Jewish Family and Children' Service' project, also gave me a perspective on how the community is dealing with this issue. Yasher Koach to the organizers of PARPAR for making this most poignant and under the cover topic stand out and bring us to action.
